On January 25th, 1963, Walter C. Daniels and Linda W. Wagner became the first students of Bowling Green State University to recieve Ph.Ds. Also pictured are Dean Helms and President Harshman.

This Methodist Church housed the first library for the Normal College with mathematics instructor James Overman overseeing it.
